Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b44 ("b44", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services offered at https://b44.buzz, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer games, and all related promotional activities. These Terms apply to all registered accounts regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Deposits and Withdrawals in Taka
All transactions on b44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. b44 does not charge transaction fees on Taka deposits or withdrawals.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b44 login credentials. b44 will never contact you by phone or message to ask for your password or PIN. Any activity carried out under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify b44 of a security breach.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To open and maintain a b44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account.
- Minimum AgeYou must be at least 21 years of age. b44 operates a strict 21+ policy and will verify age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any player who misrepresents their age will have their account immediately closed and outstanding balances forfeited.
- Single AccountEach individual may register only one b44 account. b44 uses device fingerprinting, IP logging, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts involved will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses received across those accounts will be voided.
- Accurate InformationAll registration information — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must be truthful and accurate. b44 may request supporting documentation (national ID, passport, or utility bill) during KYC. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- JurisdictionYou are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using b44 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. b44 makes no representation that accessing the platform is legal in all locations. Players must satisfy themselves that their use of b44 is lawful under local law.
b44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restriction or permanent account closure at b44's sole discretion.
2. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on b44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The following terms govern how funds are deposited into and withdrawn from your b44 account.
- Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by b44, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits per their standard terms of service.
- Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day for bKash and Nagad. b44 processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification.
- Verification Before Withdrawalb44 may require account verification (KYC) to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. This includes confirmation of identity (national ID or passport), proof of address, and verification of the payment method. KYC documentation should be submitted promptly to avoid delays.
- Currency and FeesAll account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b44 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by a third-party payment provider are outside b44's control and are the player's responsibility.
- Fraudulent TransactionsAny attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension. b44 cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to investigate suspected fraud. Winnings derived from fraudulent deposits will be voided in full.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
b44 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including the 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is advertised.
- Wagering RequirementsBonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is displayed in that promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
- Bonus EligibilityThe welcome bonus is available to new players only and applies automatically to the first qualifying deposit after registration. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Reload bonuses and free spin promotions have separate eligibility criteria and are communicated on a per-promotion basis.
- One Bonus Per HouseholdEach household (defined as a single residential address) is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, regardless of the number of individual accounts at that address. b44 reserves the right to void bonuses claimed in excess of this limit.
- Bonus AbuseUsing bonuses in a manner designed to exploit the promotion rather than engage with the platform in good faith (including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated bonus farming across accounts) constitutes bonus abuse. b44 reserves the right to void all winnings and cancel the accounts of players found to be abusing promotional offers.
- Promotion ValidityAll promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity window will expire and be removed from the account automatically. b44 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstance.
4. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits
b44 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within their account settings.
- Deposit LimitsPlayers may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once a deposit limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
- Session Time RemindersPlayers can set session time reminders that display an on-screen alert after a specified period of play. These reminders are intended to encourage mindful play. They do not automatically end the session but serve as a prompt to review time and spend.
- Self-ExclusionAny player may apply for self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 1 month to permanent. During a self-exclusion period the account is locked and the player will not receive any marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

You may also access self-exclusion and limit tools immediately from your account settings without contacting support first. b44 encourages players to use these tools proactively.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b44. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and CollusionAny form of fraud, collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, chip dumping, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics is prohibited. This includes using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
- Money Launderingb44 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Using b44 accounts to process funds derived from illegal activity is prohibited. b44 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Account Sharingb44 accounts are for the sole use of the registered account holder. Sharing login credentials, allowing a third party to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person are all prohibited. b44 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access that the player failed to report promptly.
- ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a completed b44 deposit is considered fraudulent conduct. b44 will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may suspend the associated account pending resolution. Any winnings generated from a deposit that is subject to a chargeback dispute will be withheld until the dispute is resolved.
b44 reserves the right to determine whether conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Where b44 determines that a violation has occurred, it may take any remedial action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to the immediate suspension of the account, voiding of all pending bets, cancellation of bonuses, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.
6. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All content on the b44 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of b44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence to use b44's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the platform as a registered player for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the b44 platform without prior written consent from b44. You may not use data mining, scraping, or automated extraction tools against any part of the b44 platform. Violation of these restrictions may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b44 limits its liability as described in this section. Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
- Service Availabilityb44 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. b44 is not liable for losses — including unrealised winnings — caused by platform downtime or service interruption.
- Game OutcomesAll game outcomes on b44 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics supplied by our provider partners. b44 does not manipulate game outcomes. Players accept that gambling is a game of chance and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted risk.
- Indirect Lossesb44's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. b44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
b44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b44 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of b44 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b44 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the legality of using b44 in their own location.
